Peer Counselor
Baru-baru ni Mama Fatih join SGM @ Taman Tasik Cempaka Bangi.... seronok dapat bersama rakan2 yang sama2 berjuang untuk masa depan anak .. hihi... Lepas tu, bila balik.. berkobar2 nak jadi mcm kakak2 yang jadi Peer Counselor... Erm, tapi ilmu ku baru je tak sampai sejengkal dalam bidang ni...

So, Mama Fatih berazam.. bermula dari hari ni... Mama Fatih akan berusaha untuk menggali ilmu2 macam mana nak menghasilkan susu ibu & mcm mn nak simpan susu ibu dengan baik... supaya satu hari nanti, Mama Fatih dapat kongsikan bersama dengan rakan2 yang lain... Skrg ni, sekadar dpt berkongsi ilmu yang sedikit ni dengan rakan2 di department yang sama.... harap sedikit sebanyak... mereka akan dapat menyusukan baby masing2 paling2 6 bulan...
Ok Mama Fatih.... mari berazam... Mama Fatih can do it!!!
Makanan penambah susu
Semalam Mama Fatih ada baca beberapa ibu yang kongsikan pengalaman macam mn nak tambah susu ibu... sebab dua tiga menjak ni, Mama Fatih rasa mcm ada sedikit pengurangan dari segi kuantiti... Mungkin tension sangat ke??? Hihihi... So, ni beberapa tips yang boleh Mama Fatih kongsikan. Cumanya... keberkesanan untuk Mama Fatih belum dapat dipastikan lagi.. sebab masih dalam proses penyelidikan :)
1) Minum Susu + Kurma
Errmmmm, yang ni... Mama Fatih rasa mcm agak2 tak berapa jalan untuk badan Mama Fatih. Tapi, dari segi tenaga.. alhamdulillah.. terasa jugaklah lebih bertenaga... sebab Mama Fatih buatkan untuk Wek... rasa dia pun sedap... mcm Coconut Shake... hehehh... resipi nye.... 1 mug Susu Low Fat + 7 biji kurma = blend.... fuyyooo... sedap2
2) Season Longan + Kurma Merah
Yang ni Mama Fatih rasa mcm tak berapa jalanlah... sebabnya... bangun pagi2 tadi.. Mama Fatih rasa perut Mama Fatih berangin sangat.... Baby Fatih pun manyak pot2 malam tadi... hik3... comel je.. asal dia angkat je kaki nak mengeliat, pottt... potttttt...
3) Kurma merah
Hermmm, yang ni nampak kesan... Mama Fatih beli kat pasar malam Putrajaya ... makan 7 biji terus... sedap pun sedap.... heheheh
4) Tambahkan kekerapan mengepam
Alamak... tang ni yg Mama Fatih kurang cemerlang sket. Sebab nye... Mama Fatih ni 'sangat rajin'... keh3... lagi pulak, pump Mama Fatih ni banyak sangat la komponen nyer... aiseh... nak g toilet utk cuci... waduh2... RAJINNNN sangat.. ni yang terasa nak migrate ke Spectra3 neh... simple yet very efficient.
5) Jintan Putih
Ummi bagi tahu Mama Fatih yang jintan putih boleh tambah susu... okeh.. tadi tgh hari, Mama Fatih balik makan kat rumah... gaul nasi putih dengan serbuk jintan putih keluaran Adabi... sedap jugak... tapi baru ni tadi sendawa.. aiseh.... bau Jintan sudaaaa ...hi3
Wokeh, bagi Mama Fatih masa 7 hari untuk buktikan yang mana teknik paling berkesan... nanti kita boleh kongsi sama eah..
Selamat Menyimpan Stok untuk Ramadhan!!!!

Coping with BF During Ramadhan
Dear BF mommies… I’m happily sharing with u guys on the knowledge obtained from yesterday’s discussion (SGM). On how to cope with BF during Ramadhan… hope that these tips more or less might help us during Ramadhan….
1) Make sure to eat balance diet food (especially food that contains high protein for milk production purposes)
2) Dates – the best recipe for far… Blend 7 dates with glass of milk (fresh / low fat / high calcium) & drink it every night
3) Make sure to drink lots of water
4) Always eat home food… (not to buy it outside @ Bazar Ramadhan)
Pump:
1) Pump as usual. (Some of the mommies out there might have more milk during Ramadhan)
2) Increase quantity & quality of time for pumping at night.
3) Make sure, we do it constantly. Because, milk is produce based on demand.
a. Ie: in one day @ office, we pump twice / 3 times…. Morning @ 8.30 am, afternoon @ 12.00 pm & evening @ 5.00 pm. Make sure that we follow the same schedule so that the milk production & our brain will be simulated to produce more milk.
Mind setting
1) Be confident that we can and our body will produce more milk during Ramadhan
2) Make sure that people around you always support BF
3) Always pray to Allah – please helps us, gives us enough encourage & strengthen us to exclusively BF our babies for at least 2 years!
K friends…. Just for knowledge sharing. Make sure we give the best for our babies. Love them so much!!! Say no to formula milk….
